about

Jun Futamata, who has been releasing a series of works recorded at Sigur Ros Studio in Iceland, has invited renowned singer Salyu to join her for this song.
The collaboration was realized after Salyu, who felt sympathy for the sound and background of the album, willingly agreed to participate in the project.
The Siggi String Quartet, led by Bjork's own most trusted violinist, also participated.
The album was engineered by Francesco Fabris, winner of the 2023 Academy Award for Best Music.

Jun Futamata

Salyu

lyrics

When you hear this voice, my frame is gone here
And there is only silence, blankness, and warmth

Enfolded by your sea.
I remember invisible life and death floating blue.
I found you in me.
I knew deep love through your tears. It tastes of the ocean.

Always your shadow was still a dance for me.
I had light, there's no reason for the love you gave me

Enfolded by your sea
I remember invisible life and death floating blue
I found you in me.
I knew deep love through your tears. It tastes of the ocean.

It was you who first gave me your deepest love.
I remember in your belly and feel you stroking.
I want to live for those I love, the way you do.
Cause I will never know the last time with you.
